mmmm...meat good

We received our federal tax return yesterday so Matt and I treated ourselves to Rodizio's Brazillian grill in Salt Lake. For those of you who have never been there, you have two choices for dinner: The all you can eat salad buffet or the full rodizio which is all you can eat meat and the salad bar. The meat comes around on skewers and is cut off right in front of you. We ate top sirloin, garlic steak, pork sausage, bacon wrapped turkey, roasted chicken, and even chicken hearts (I wasn't a fan of those, but Matt loves them). I think that dinner was the best meat I've ever eaten...it was all so tender and juicy.

Matt had a good day yesterday because in addition to eating out at an awesome restaurant, he ordered all the parts he needs to build his own computer. And one of the cool parts of doing so is that he was able to buy all the elements of what will be a really awesome computer for over $1000 less than if he had bought a pre-made computer with all the same gadgets in it. Yay! We love saving money!
